The Praktica BMS is a 35 mm single-lens reflex camera with TTL light metering at full aperture through electronic aperture setting transfer. Automatic shutter speed control from 1/1000s to 4s, also aperture or shutter speed priority.

This camera offers interchangeable lenses with the Praktica PD bayonet mount.
